Genesis Group International founded in 1986, was the principal funder and partner in a joint venture with the Moulin Rouge Development Corporation to re-establish the legendary Moulin Rouge Resort & Casino in historic downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.  The official ground dedication scheduled for the $850 Million project is scheduled for February in commemoration of Black History Month and will be a lightning rod that helps spur the revitalization of Las Vegas’ downtown corridor for African American life and culture.  The stature of the new ventures has been a constant for this visionary businessman.  Through Genesis Group International, Kinsey has held various other business entities, assisted in structuring Faithful Central Bible Church’s (Inglewood, CA) purchase of the legendary Great Western Forum and was the lead advisor to world entertainer Michael Jackson’s debt restructuring of Neverland Ranch and his related businesses.  Also, Genesis Group International had entered into an agreement with 5th Degree Promotions for the entertainment capital raise of funds to bring an additional 80 arena/stadium shows in 39 cities for the music legend Prince’s U.S. live tour.  Currently Genesis Group International is engaged in merger & acquisitions of hard assets attached to creative projects and intellectual properties.
