\"\"<\/a>Wu Tang Clan abbot, the RZA says there is interest in a Ol’ Dirty Bastard biopic, but it might take a few years of internal wrangling to figure out.<\/p>\n

“We have talked about [a biopic film]. His estate is pretty confused, like any estate is in our country. The estate is kind of confused on what to do, and all the rights and all that shit, but it\u2019s definitely been talked about. There\u2019s also been talk about a Wu-Tang Clan movie. So we\u2019ll see what life brings. In my opinion, I\u2019d rather see an ODB pic than a Wu-Tang Clan pic. But an ODB pic, just to really describe his life, would be good. Right now, there is a documentary that\u2019s done that\u2019s pretty good. It ain\u2019t a knock out of the park, but it\u2019s pretty good, it gives a nice piece of him. Then you start with that, and we can build more awareness about his life, and build more interest in people seeing a movie about it.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"\"<\/a>Maybe Chris Rock puts on some serious weight and delivers his first real dramatic\/crazy performance? Dare to dream? The RZA also says the screenplay to his martial arts film, “Iron Fist,” that he’s developing with Eli Roth,<\/a> has been rewritten and polished several times and is now complete. It’s just a matter of someone becoming interested and financing the project. He says it’s “circulating through the system, and it should be all cracking up pretty soon.”<\/p>\n

“I don\u2019t think I want to really describe [the premise], I think I just want to say that we\u2019re striving to do what I did in hip-hop for film. It\u2019s striving to bring the originality and excitement that I brought to hip-hop to the silver screen. I don\u2019t want to give the movie away. You know, it\u2019s action, it\u2019s a certain genre, but I think I\u2019ve got a certain twist of originality and a certain way of filming, a certain way of seeing scenes, that only a few people in Hollywood see. And definitely only a few people of my generation see. So I don\u2019t know if that gives you any information or not.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
